How much does a consultation cost?
We offer an initial consultation to assess your matter. Please contact us directly by phone, email, or WhatsApp to discuss fees. We believe in transparent pricing and will always give you a clear picture of costs before you commit to anything.
How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. For urgent matters, the fastest route is always a call or WhatsApp message to 876-827-3362. We understand that legal situations often cannot wait, and we do our best to be available when you need us.
Is parking available at your office?
Yes. Big Buy Plaza has ample parking. Our offices are in Suites 32-33. If you have difficulty locating us on your first visit, call us at 876-827-3362 and we will guide you in.
Can I reach you outside of office hours?
For non-urgent matters, please email or use our contact form and we will respond the next business day. For matters that genuinely cannot wait, WhatsApp is often the fastest way to reach us outside of hours. We do monitor messages and will respond to urgent situations as promptly as we can.
Is what I tell you confidential?
Absolutely. Every conversation you have with Edmond Law, whether by phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person, is treated with complete confidentiality. Attorney-client privilege is one of the most fundamental protections in the legal profession, and we take it seriously. Sending us a message does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship, but we will never share your information with any third party.
Do you handle matters outside of St. Catherine?
Yes. Although our office is in Portmore, St. Catherine, we regularly assist clients from across Jamaica, including Kingston, Montego Bay, Mandeville, and other parishes. For matters that require physical court appearances outside our immediate area, we will advise you on the practicalities and costs upfront.
